YES, IN VIEW OF UNFORESEEN MAINTENANCE ISSUES, VISIT OF STATE / CENTRE DIGNITORIES WHOSE VISIT DETAILS ARE CLASSIFIED TILL LATE AND FOR REASONS OF SAFETY / SECURITY CONCERNS THE BOOKINGS CAN BE CANCELLED. IT IS HENCE MANDATARY FOR THE ALLOTTEES TO TAKE CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING ACCORDINGLY AND CHECK WITH BOOKING CLK. ALL ARE REQUIRED TO COOPERATE WITH THE ALLOTTING AGENCY IN THIS REGARDS.

The booking are generally confirmed on the basis of availibility of accommodation within 24-48 hrs of the booking. However, non receipt   confirmation even after a lapse of 48-72 hours implies you are placed in waiting list for confirmation against cancellations. Rejection of an application is not resorted. Also, telephonic enquiry as to the number of people in waiting list may be sought from the booking clerk.
